Journey to Changing Lanes

Cheryl's personal journey to health and wellness started over 25 years ago when she discovered that exercise, healthy nutrition and self care were the missing links in helping her lose fat, gain strength, increase self confidence, and deal with stress as a single mom.

Her truly defining moment came when she was laid off from her corporate sales position and decided to change careers at "40".  She initially worked as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor at the La Crosse YMCA's for 5 years.

She knew she wanted to offer more than just physical training and wanted a deeper more intimate relationship with her clients. She took a leap of faith in November 2017 and opened up a private studio with an amazing view of Lake Onalaska.

Her goal with clients is to create a private and safe space for them to reconnect with their body physically and mentally.  Examining all areas of wellness to create a customized plan to meet client needs though all seasons of life.

Cheryl has experience with a variety of clients and specializes in:

  • Fat/Weight Loss for hormonal balance

  • Trauma/PTSD/Addiction/Depression/Anxiety
